Nobody likes to read this stuff we know, but transparency is important! Our custom ecommerce packages are invoiced monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time but to port your website away to another hosting provider you need to have had your ecommerce store with us for a minimum of 12 months. We won't charge any commision on transactions made through your store, however please be aware that payment providers will charge a fee for their card handling services. Choice of payment handler is subject to compatibility with our platform - please give us call if you would like to check available options. For other E-commerce platforms, the platform terms will apply. Please ask for more information.
